Our Fee Structure

The initial consultation fee applies regardless of whether or not the project proceeds.

Staging and Redesign fees are charged on a minimum basis of Half Day (4 Hours).

50% of the estimated total cost of work must first be paid in order for the work to commence. The remaining balance of the final overall cost is to be paid in full once the staging or redesign service is complete.
